Unwanted shuffle on all songs

This has been happening for a few weeks and I'm loosing my mind. Spotify shuffles all my saved songs no matter what- if I've queued up a next song, if I'm trying to listen to an album by a single artist. Even if it's a new playlist and I'm not offline. Please help!

To start, can you let us know what device, operating system, and version of Spotify you're using? Also, have you tried reinstalling the app or device? If not, you can follow the steps here.
