Users can't view theirs or other folks profiles

Hey everyone,

We've received reports that folks are unable to see their or other customer's profiles. This is happening on all platforms.

An error is "Couldn't find that page, Search for something else?"  is shown whenever a user visit anyone's profile.

This is currently being investigated.

Hello,
I have the same problem.
It writes me: "Something went wrong"

I reinstalled the Spotify app, restarted the smartphone, and cleared the cache. The problem still remains.

I sent my profile link from my PC to my friend but the same problem in his android APP. He sees the same error but his profile sees it correctly. It looks like there is a problem only with my profile account.

I have Samsung with Android 10. My account nickname is "******".

It’s been a month since this issue was mentioned but I still have the same problem and both on desktop&app doesn’ show up the profile section. All I can see is musics, artists and podcasts. Please help me with this issue. Thanks

I am having issues as well! I cannot view my or anyone else's profile!

I am only using browser (both chrome and Google itself), not the app! (It signs me into my mom's account when I get on the app, and I don't want to have to deal with that)

For me it was absolutely fine last night, and earlier today even so the problem is obviously NOT fixed!

I have the same problem but only on Spotify web for android
