Users unable to apply Student Discount from the SheerID confirmation email

We've received reports from users who can't apply their student discount from the SheerID confirmation email after being successfully verified. The webpage shows a 404 error: "This page no longer exists."

I was just verified for Spotify student premium but when i click the link that was sent to me it says that my spotify account page was not found

It doesn't work... Redirects to 'the page you're looking for doesn't exist'.

I get 404s and heartbreaks after clicking on get your student discount from the email. I tried incognito and it doesn't work. I also went to the SheerID website and in the questions section I found this: "The discount isn't working
You'll need to contact the brand who made the offer.
SheerID handles verifying your eligibility. Our role is limited to only that. After your eligibility has been approved, please direct any and all questions to the brand making the offer.
SheerID cannot help with topics such as offer details, billing, refunds, merchandise, account problems, etc."
so can you help me with another solution?

Hola, ayer realicé la verificación para acceder a la cuenta premiun de estudiante en Chile y me llegó un correo que funcionó pero al entrar y confirmar mi cuenta de spotify me aparece error 404 y que la página no existe.

Com sucesso, mas quando tento concluir a reta final, sigo o link mas quando entro diz que a página não existe mais.
Como podem me ajudar?
