Users unable to apply Student Discount from the SheerID confirmation email

We've received reports from users who can't apply their student discount from the SheerID confirmation email after being successfully verified. The webpage shows a 404 error: "This page no longer exists."

Hello,

I am experiencing issues with the verification process for Spotify Students. I receive the verification email from SheerID Verification confirming that I have passed the verification. The email also includes a link to Spotify labeled "Get student discount," but when I click on the button, it opens a Spotify page stating "The page is no longer available."

I am reaching out to inquire about how I can proceed to obtain my student discount.

Same issue here also.....Verification email has arrived yet it shows error page on clicking the get discount link

I got an email from sheerID in which it says that i am excepted but in Spotify i can not get in my account with the premium

Al renovar mi año como estudiante no me deja confirmar los datos de mi cuenta porque dice que la página no existe

Mismo problema, probé desde 2 dispositivos distintos y a la hora de confirmar que quiero el plan para mi cuenta a traves del link proporcionado por sheerid, me da un error 404.
