My Question or Issue

In the actual player where the "heart" is(that shows if the song has been liked) it's always showing like it's not, and that's a bit confusing because most of the times it is. Can you help me?
Thanks in advance

Yeah, I completely agree, I like(d) YouTube Music because of that, I don't like to have to start another application, I like when everything is inside the browser.

Hey @PH4NTOMiki, and @zeryen,

So I continued my research and I did not mention this. From what it sounds it might not be the Spotify Web Player rather, the Browser you are using. Therefore I would encourage you to uninstall whatever Browser and reinstall it you are using. It ensures you have done all of the possible "technical issues" required. And I was able to find the "requirements page" for escalating a message in the Community. If you want to see it please feel free, to see the "requirement page" for escalating a message please click here.

As of right now, this message is not eligible yet, to be escalated, because the users on this thread have not met all the requirements yet. Please follow EVERY step the link I sent you. If the link did not help at all then I will escalate this Topic, and then I will send it to the Moderators.

Hope this helps and let me know how it goes. Thanks!

Hello @Joel-M
I checked Chrome in incognito mode - problem reproduces
I checked Firefox - problem reproduces
Opera GX Browser - reproduces

So i don't think where is a specific browser problem. We should send this issue to developers.
PH4NTOMiki
I can't access that link, it's access denied for me, and yes, I tried it in multiple browsers too, and the issue persists which is a shame. I'm a web developer(JS, Node.js, Python) myself, and I personally think that the Web App doesn't even pool/check(sync is maybe a better way of expressing it) the web server(or websocket) if the song has been liked before. On the GIF @zeryen recorded it can be clearly seen that the "sync" process only occurs after he clicked 3 dots menu for the specific song, that is also true for me, so I think the issue is that simply the web app doesn't sync "liked" data until the 3 dots has been clicked for that specific song.

Hey @PH4NTOMiki and @zeryen,

Sorry about that link. I just did realize that the link I sent you is only for specific people in the community like me. Sorry about that. If you really think that you did everything possible with the Web Player then I will Escalate this message. This message has been sent to the Moderators in the Community who will look over your issue. Hope they can help you.

Have a great day ahead of you.

PH4NTOMiki
Yes I think we(and you) did everything we could, and that you should Escalate this message.
Thanks
