Web Player not playing music

Up to two days ago the web player worked fine.  Now it will not play music at all.  It keeps saying that it's connected to the web player and there was an issue with playback and to reload (which I've done multiple times).  I've cleared the cache and cookies and can't think of what else to do...any ideas???
