Web player won't play on Chrome Windows 10

the other issue was marked "FIXED" which is BS, its not fixed, and hasn't been fixed. 2/2018. using Chrome latest version on Win 10.  doesn't work. 

yes, tried clearing cache, blah blah, nothing changes. surprisingly works on IE. works on IE with VPN and without. doesn't work on chrome in either of those scenarios. 

chromebook running chrome os... NOPE. thanks spotify. here's me unsubscribing from your premium service.

That's not cool! Could you try using the Web Player with another Spotify account? That might help. Also, could you try using the Web Player in an incognito window? Let me know how you get on! 🙂
