While signing up for the "family plan", spotify asks me to enable javascript

 

To reproduce:

  1. open https://www.spotify.com/de/purchase/panel/?category=familyplanIntroOffer#__familyplanIntroOffer-bill...

  2. check the checkbox terms and conditions

  3. click on "Familienabo Starten"

Expexte Result:

 

I can purchase the "family plan"

 

Actual Result:

 

I see a message asking me to enable Javascript (is enabled)

i keep getting message to enable javascript when i try to upgrade. i;ve tried 3 devices, laptop, phone and ipad, all which have javascript enabled.

what can i do ??

If you're still having this issue, could you confirm your device and the specifici OS version? Also, which browser are you using?

 

Also, have you tried signing up again using a different browser or incognito window to see if it works?

I have tried with incognito, diff browsers, diff devices and still same message, any other suggestions?
