Won't Accept Payment Method

Status: Closed

A week ago, my Spotify premium student subscription was paused because they couldn't take my payment. My credit card works perfectly fine, so I decided to update my payment method to my debit card, which also works perfectly fine. It declined my debit card stating that my card company is having a bad day and to come back later and try again. I decided to try using my boyfriend's card, didn't work, and my sister's card, also didn't work. It has been over a week now and I have tried each of our cards multiple times, and they are still being declined, stating the same exact reason. WHAT IS GOING ON?

Sorry for the issues you are having.

 

Could you please try to sign up again on a computer. But first clear the cache and try it on incognito mode?
