Wrong account signed up for premium

so I signed up for spotify premium in what I thought was my account connected to my facebook account,  however it turns out I signed up to a fake account with an email address that I do not have access to. Obviously I tried to cancel my subscription but I need to access my account thus email address and password that I have no way of finding. Please help me

The Spotify Support can transfer your Premium privileges to the right account. Try to contact them via this contact form.

 

Via this form it's possible to select the email to which you want Spotify Support to reply too.

 

If you recieve an automated reply email, telling you to check out the help section (faq) or the community, you need to reply back to it, saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply adress. The Spotify Support will contact you.

 

If you dont recieve any mail, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email there. Make sure you are checking the email account you used on the contact form.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

First, we suggest you double-check the account that you signed up with by logging into your Account Overview. If the account you're able to log into is the one you paid for, we suggest you follow the steps @Lijomi mentioned.
