Xbox One - Now playing song is overlayed with an old one

When I started the Xbox app for the first time I started playing a playlist on the main screen, then went to browse my genre. Once I played a new playlist, the old song was still on the overlay. See attached picture (sorry for the phone pic vs screenshot)
