[Xbox][Other] Fix the Xbox One App

To some people, the xbox app tells them they're offline even though they're not.

Could you send us a screenshot of the error message you're getting? We'd like to investigate a bit more.


Also, we'd recommend logging out and back into your account and let us know if it works.

 Just to clarify, I'm not having this problem (Probably because I'm in the Xbox Insider Program) but this problem was visable in this post : and I told people to send their error messages. Also, the image above is what most users are reporting is happening.


I've been having the same issue for a week. I have tried doing a hard reset I have tried resetting my modem and router I'm not sure what the problem is but I wish it would work I miss my music...

We had a report about this issue and it should be fixed now.


If you're still getting this error message, try reinstalling Spotify and restarting your internet router before trying again.

 still having the same problem. restarted router and unistalled and reinstalled. there is no way to do anything within the app. this is the only accessable screen.

Just to confirm, is this happening over WiFi or using an Ethernet cable? If possible try to change the connection type and let us know if it makes any difference. We'll see what to suggest.

I'm pretty sure it's over wifi because I asked them to use ethernet and some said it still didn't work.
