To some people, the xbox app tells them they're offline even though they're not.

Just to confirm, is your Xbox updated? We suggest to try restarting your internet router and reinstalling the app.

It seems now that xbox has updated the spotify app for at least somebody did. The app is now working perfectly fine for me.

I tried updating but my xbox is updated and spotify i deleted and download it for couple times it is still same .

Let's try thethering your phone's data plan to your Xbox and trying to log into Spotify again.
