My Question or Issue

 I usually listen to Spotify by pairing my phone to my Xbox so i can listen to it while i play games. It was working earlier today but when i tried an hour ago Spotify kept pausing every 1-3 seconds when paired to my Xbox. I've tried signing out of all devices, hard reseting the Xbox, uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox Spotify App, turning down my audio quality, turning off the power saving and data saving modes, and pairing the web player to the Xbox. I don't know what to do. Are there any fixes to this issue?

I found the solution! I encountered this problem only today and I fixed it within minutes. I just continuously unpaused it every time it paused it for me for only a minute or two and then the problem disappeared!

I have an original first off the shelf xbox one. Im also am xbox insider, so the os is 10.0.18334.2000 (19h1_release_xbox_dev_1904.190206-1920).

Spotify versioms is 2.1.15.70

 

My issue is the same as the OP. I’m sure you guys are working on it, hope this helps!

Hello there Xbox nerds. Ps4 guy here. 

Ive got a solution that worked

for me on my PS4. Not sure if xbox has the same features or not but I would imagine it does. 

 

The folowing is the steps I took on my ps4.  If theres some xbox wizzes out there that could help me out and post the xbox version walkthrough, that would be great. 

 

 

Close all your applications.  
Go to {Settings}
Then go to { Account Management }
and then to { Restore Licenses }
and finally click on { Restore }

 

Once again, this is only

meant to fix Ps4. I dont know xbox and if they have the same License Restoration feature as the ps4. If they do, then this should be your fix.
