When I try to the play the song In My Place by Coldplay, on both my iPhone 5S and Windows laptop, the song will play, i.e. the track seems to be playing because the track time elapses, but there's no sound. I've turned my volume all the way up but there's still no sound. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Since it's happening on both my phone and laptop, is it an issue with the track or my Spotify account?
