bug - once offline spotify always close

From last update i guess it does for about week anytime i open spotify when i am outside without internet connection or if i choose to go offline in spotify menu. the spotify goes down that means i am unable to play song that i have predownladed to listen for offline.

My phone android note 4.

By the way its ONLY when i am offline.

Also to be more specific it happen when i click at 'your music'  before i am able to select album spotify goes into the bacground it disappear from the screen. It does not close completely as when i visit running app spotify is still running but anytime i try to play music it do the same.

Mine is doing the same thing except now its also removed all the playlists i had downloaded for offline use as well.

The first thing we'd recommend trying here would be a clean reinstall. You can do this by following these steps. Should this not help, let us know the device, OS, and version of Spotify that you're running.

OS should stand for Operating System. Try redownloading and let us know if that helps.
