charged for premium, didnt recieve

Attempted to pay .99c for premium twice in a row, was told both times that the payment failed, saw in my bank statement i had been charged 99c twice?? please amend

Just to be sure, what's the current status of the charges on your bank statement? If they show as pending, they most likely will get back to you in a few business days.

 

For now, try signing up for the offer again using an incognito window to see if it helps.

Yeah to confirm my account has now been charged on three separate occasions that I attempted to join premium on the 99c trial, as in money has been removed from my balance, any ideas?
