constant re-installing

Yeah still doing it. And the problem is no matter how I configure my subscriptions I never get any notifications of replies from you guys. But to answer the question you did reply with it is on my desktop PC running Windows 10 x 64 and using an external sound card, a Motu 828x via thunderbolt. Recent new weirdness is that the volume control on the app doesn't work. I can control it on the Motu or the PC volume control but the remote control feature via my Samsung Galaxy 5 does nothing volume wise also. Not to mention it can be crazy hard to get the desktop app to see my phone sometimes even though I could be sitting mere feet from my wifi. All in all the performance of the app just seems to be on a constant down hill slide. When I stop the app to try and fix some of these performance issues is when I get the little balloon saying,"installing Spotify". Does using a vpn cause things to go weird?
