i keep losing my downloaded songs

why do i keep on losing my dowloaded songs? the app logs out for no reason then when i open it my songs are not saved anymore. this always happen.. please help

Me too bro! I got the same problem with you and it happend a thousand times on my android phone. The last time I used this Spotify app it works fine now it messed up. Trial works fine for me but the time I got this premium account for P129.00 for 3 months everything messed up, it automatically logs out for no reason and then the downloaded songs are gone, the list/line up is there but every song that I downloaded was gone. So I have to download it again. The problem repeated, and repeated again and again and again. I am so much confused why this happened. Please help us upon solving this issue #Spotify

That's not cool. Alright, let's take a look. Could you head over to offline devices on your account page and remove all devices? After that, could you do a reinstall of the Spotify app and download your music offline again? Let me know if it happens after that.
