iOS app current playtime not updating after

Status: Closed
When you are in the screen where you can see the album illustration, and if you draw the screen down to go back to the playlist by hand, not with the arrow button in the upper left hand corner, and if you slide the illustration back up, the time of the current song is not synced anymore.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Can you let us know the following: 

 

  1. Were you able to see the current time before? 
  2. What Spotify version are you rocking? 

We'll see what we can suggest.

Yes, I am able to see the current time of the playing song, I'm using the latest version of Spotify on iOS. (6.8.0)

Try restarting your device by holding Home + Lock for 10 seconds. Does that help?

Hey @fjongmans!

 

It's not ideal, but reinstalling the app should help out. Here's how. Also, can you try logging into a different account on your device to see if the issue persists?
