Hey folks! We've been getting reports about issues with login, playback and the Support site. This is now being looked into.
We’re seeing reports that the gear icon in Your Episodes section becomes unresponsive when clicked on. This seems to affect the Android mobile app only.
We're seeing reports from users that the app isn't loading properly or that they're experiencing playback issues. Others report that they're having issues accessing the Support site. This seems to happen both on mobile and desktop devices.
We've received reports from Android users mentioning issues with Offline mode. When the device is set in Airplane mode or internet access is disabled, the app gets stuck on a black screen until a “You’re currently offline” error is displayed.
