Album Cover Art Cropped?

I noticed the cover art for Tyler, The Creator Wolf album is mostly show the image but not completely? This issue has been going on for the last two years? Please fix it.

Yo I have an issue

My friends can change the cover art on their Spotify playlists but I can't...it's not even an option. I tried the three dot button and there isn't a way for me to do it? I checked the community multiple times but there isn't an issue for anyone else....
