Issues with offline downloads on Android and Desktop

We're aware of ongoing issues with offline content on Android and Desktop, which cause downloads to fail: an exclamation mark is displayed (instead of a green check mark ), indicating that the action was unsuccessful.

Volume level can't be adjusted to Quiet on Desktop

Hey folks, We've received some reports from users who are unable to select "Quiet" under Volume level in the desktop app settings. "Loud" and "Normal" options are working fine. This is being investigated.

"desktop_login_accounts:3" error message when trying to log in

Hey folks, Users are seeing the above error message when they try to log in on the desktop app. There's no issue on the web player and mobile. For some this was resolved by changing the default browser in the system settings.

Downtime April 9th: Windows desktop client downloads not working in Asian regions

Spotify Connect not working on Desktop app
