Can't add a family member to family plan

After many instances, I give up. I can't add mi wife into our family account. I send the invitation, she follow the link, but there's always the message "something went wrong". I tried with other browser, cleaning cache, sending again the invitation....

Family account users pausing each other

Both my wife and I are logged in via our personal facebook account on spotify (family account) yet we cannot listen to spotify simultaneously. My music stops the moment she starts listening en vice versa.
