Error message: This song is not available. If you have the file on your computer you can import it

Hi, I'm getting the error message above for all songs when using the app on my desktop, my account works just fine on my iPhone. Anyone else come across this? I have already unistalled and re-installed the app and its still happening

Downloaded setting

Everytime I accidentally turn disable this setting. I am unable to play my downloaded songs. I need to re-download it first before I will be able to play.
