Premature premium subscription cancellation- solved

Hi! My subscription got cancelled last may 26, 2017.. I bought the premium subscription for 3 months for 4.9HKD using my playstation account last May 20, 2017.. Anyway to fix this issue? Thanks! Attached photos for verification.

Spotify not working on Samsung TV AND Playstation 4

It's been weeks now, and all I get to see is the loading screen. I tried reinstalling, doesn't work. Anyone knows what's up?
