Deducted UPI payment but Premium not activated

"There was a problem" error when joining Premium Duo

Hey folks, We've received some reports that users are unable to join Premium Duo plans, as a "There was a problem" error is appearing. It seems to be only affecting users in Argentina for now. This is being investigated.

[Downtime 20th June 2022] Users from Brazil are unable to pay for Premium

Folks in Brazil using Nubank and Itaú banking services are saying that they're unable to pay for their subscriptions. After entering their card details, they either get an error or the page reloads and asks for the payment details again.
