Video ad does not give half hour free play music

Y'all got these ads where if you play the video it supposedly gives you half an hour free music, but I've had it last for only a few minutes. This is even when I know I have not closed the app, I did not shut off the screen during the ad, and done an...

  • ...id not shut off the screen during the ad, and done anything I could think of to make it work. It only started up after I used the week long free trial and that expired, maybe that is related?
