hey there, I cant seem to actually get on the app.. it says i need to own it and i do own it and have tried everything to fix it but nothing has worked..i contacted support and they linked me here so can anyone help?

volume when connected to xbox one

Songs On Xbox One Spotify App Play Two Times At Once

I've noticed that whenever i play a song from the Spotify app on my xbox one it seems to play the same song in double. Tried to reinstall and hard reset but this didn't fix the issue

Xbox one Groove music album migration not working?

I moved my groove music over to spotify on the Xbox one. My saved playlists successfully moved to spotify but not my saved albums. Can anyone provide any assistance?

Xbox One - Now playing song is overlayed with an old one TAKE TWO

This one was reported previously by user: RichardFermIt was closed without resolution. I am experiencing the same exact issue. Now playing song is garbled by previous ones as they do not go away. Picture is attached.
