Spotify on LG Smart TV - 43LH5500

Hi, I've read that all 2013 LG Smart TV have spotify. I can not find app in the store, I try to update LG TV to newest firmware version, but Spotify is not in Premium section as you support-help section says.

Spotify recommends songs that are not available
