Spotify Radio never loads

I'm a big fan of Spotify radio... when it loads! Sometimes, directly after an update, I have no issues but 90% of the time nothing loads and I can't view or choose a radio station. I'd love this to be fixed please

onkyo tx8050 stop connecting to spotify

for about a week I'm unable to play spotify on my onkyo tx-8050. Spotify either won't connect, or freezes in menu (playlists are all messed up and they are not updated). log in/out doesnt help. any ideas why this happen?
