Personalized playlist covers not loading in the app

Hey folks, We've been receiving reports where the cover art for the Spotify created Mood, Decade and Genre mixes doesn't load on the mobile app, however, it does load for Artist mixes and other playlists. This is being investigated by our teams.

Downtime March 14th, 2023: Connect Transfer Failures in Europe

We've received a report that connect transfers are failing and ubiquity devices (Google Home, Sonos, Amazon, etc.) are not able to play. This is under investigation.

Crossfade doesn't work when other device selected for playback

As stated when choosing to play on another device (i.e.. Yamaha Amp) crossfade doesn't work. Set it to Listen on this device (i.e..Phone,tablet) it works fine.
