Spanish advertisements

A few months ago, many spotify ads are suddenly Spanish ads. I don't speak Spanish and I didn't change any settings. I don't see anything in settings to specify English advertisements. What's going on?

Playlist add and remove song not working

I cannot add or remove songs to/from any of my playlists in Spotify on my Samsung Galaxy tab s2. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. I can create a new plaulist, but cannot add any songs to it. Suggestions?

Not too long ago I helped a friend of mine make a playlist on his free account. He made it public, but it doesn't show up on his 'Public Playlist' page. Not sure if it matters, but it has 100+ songs.
