İ cant update my payment details

When i open spotify it says your subscription payment failed asks me to change my payment method. When i go to the method changing page it stays at loading screen. And i cant change the method.Help me pls.

Song Lyrics Missing

The song lyrics doesn't show when I click on the lyrics and the picture that's supposed to be in the back is gone. What is going on? Please fix it.

Charged twice per month

I have been being charged by Spotify £12.99 and £9.99 per month for at least 7 months. How can I rectify this and get my refund?

NO RESPONSE AFTER TEN EMAILS!!

I am trying to have my subscription (that does not work & I can't get help for because I cannot contact anyone at Spotify) CANCELLED!!!! Does anyone know how/who I can actually contact at Spotify?!?!

Unable to redeem code for free Spotify Premium included in the data plan.

canceled 3 month free subscription premium but still got charged

I have been billed for months and am listed as a free subscriber
