I have been being charged by Spotify £12.99 and £9.99 per month for at least 7 months. How can I rectify this and get my refund?

HELP! Charged for family and premium subscription. WHY?!

We're a family of 5. 3 of us were using spotify premium then we discovered spotify for family and all 5 are now using spotify for family. However, I am still paying the usual 9,99€ even if I am already paying the 14,99€ of family subscription. HELP!!

İ cant update my payment details

When i open spotify it says your subscription payment failed asks me to change my payment method. When i go to the method changing page it stays at loading screen. And i cant change the method.Help me pls.

iOS Tab Bar not shown

On my iPhone 6plus and 5s is the Tab Bar not shown. Still the menu on the left.All my family members have the Tab Bar View?!I´ve deleted an reinstalled the application, phone rebooted. no luck!

Maybe its no issue but author name on playlist its automatically change, i don't know what this , maybe its user id or more encrypt.Check my attachments fileThanks

Spotify crash when setting computer date time backwards

When having a song playing, when you set the computer's date time backwards by a day, the playback breaks and loops the same second over and over. This happens on Windows 7 and may occur on other OS.

I have been billed for months and am listed as a free subscriber

I am currently very unsatisfied with Spotify as each month my bank account is auto-debited... And I'm listed as a FREE subscriber WITHOUT access to premium features... Not only that... because I'm a "FREE" user, I can't even un-subscribe my auto bill...
