mijn code kan niet verzilverd worden

Beste, ik heb een Spotify kaart van 30 euro gekocht en krijg constant een melding dat mijn code niet correct is.
Gewoonlijk neem ik een herlaad kaart van 10 euro en nooit een probleem gehad. Code EPA8JRBGTJE
