missing songs?

hello , i had some songs on my playlist and now they are gone , missing. why you're taking out of spotify specific songs? this is not good for a paying costumer!

for example song : archive - bullets ,  devochka- how it ends

and many more....

Could you let us know what device, operating system and Spotify version you're using? Also, do you remember if this started happening after a specific update or event?

Maybe reinstalling the app with the steps here could help you with this.

hi thanks for the response , my mobile is iphone and my desktop is mac , in both of those devices the songs disappeared.  Can you check if these spesific songs i mention earlier are in your database? because i checked and they aren't there with a couple of others too.

Thanks for that info. Just to check - are these songs greyed out? Also, do you get any error message when trying to play them?

i had them on my playlist and they're greyed out, i couldn't press play button so i erased them of my list and then  i tried to search them in the database of spotify and they're missing.

for example the artist Archive is there and many songs of them but some songs disappeared, like 'bullets' and '**bleep** you', also artist Black Joe Lewis with song 'come to my party' , can't find it anymore.

We've checked and found that this songs are currently unavailable in your area. Sometimes agreements can’t be reached with the artist or label, or a change may happen in music ownership. Hopefully, we'll be able to have it back soon. There's more info about our content here.
