"Address doesn't match" error when trying to join Family/Duo plans

We've received reports from users who can't join the Family/Duo. An error message "Address doesn't match" is displayed, even when entering the exact same address as the plan manager.

I've been part of my family plan for years now, trying to verify the address same as the one my wife has created and still no joy. 

If I change it to a 'local' address it's not going to be anywhere near where we live...is that a problem? 

Considering it's Google Maps searching for people's addresses it's pretty sad that it's not working properly.

I got email to ask me to verify my home address. And your system do not recognize the address that have registered! The suggested address is not how I usually write and you tell me my own address is not valid??!! I'm paying subscription to listen to music but not giving me trouble to tell myself the way i write my home address is wrong! Please provide easy way of enter home address. Reminder you are not the only music provider now, so don't give me any trouble to resolve your problem.

My partner was asked to verify her address but the address option is terrible and the address I had on my account can no longer be used!!!

The closest accepted address is 1km away

Now she has been removed

I have the same issue.  Myself and my two kids are on the family plan but I want to add my partner who I live with to be clear but I can never find the address.  So she is paying for an individual subscription when she could and should be using my family subscription.  It’s really unacceptable and for people at Spotify to hide behind Google maps as the problem. Is pathetic.  How come I can navigate to pretty much anywhere in the UK using google maps but not a single addesss in my post code shows up and when I type in my address in full it says not found.  Sort it out Spotify, it is unacceptable.  You are fleecing people for money and not providing the subscription you are charging for.  Can I have a 50% refund given I can only get to 3 users out of 6?

Fiz um plano duo e incluí minha filha. Ela está tentando entrar, digitando o endereço correto (com todos os detalhes que eu mesma coloquei). Mas recebe mensagem de que o endereço está errado. Como resolver isso, por favor?

I've paid for the Duo plan for a month now, my partner still can't join. We've tried everything. My address is in fact listed, he types the same address, and it says address doesn't match. Should I just deactivate the plan assuming this cannot be fixed?

Hello, I have been trying to enter to the link sent by my father for me to join the family plan and it keeps telling me the adress does not match, and I am sitting beside him, on our house, copying the exact thing he has registered.

His adress matches on both the membership and the paymente adress.

I have tried so many times, please can someone help me?
