"Match the requested format"

I'm trying to add a memeber to my family plan but when I put in the proper email it keeps saying "match the requested format." I also tried for another member and the same issue came up. Any suggestions?

Can you make sure you're following the exact steps listed here for inviting a member to your plan? If you have any trouble, try inviting them using an incognito window.
