"Missing Playlist" when clicking on "Go to Song Radio"

My Question or Issue

When clicking on "Go to Song Radio" on any song, I get the error "Missing Playlist. The playlist is no longer valid. Please try another one". I don't have a problem with my own playlists or albums. Just with the Song Radios.

This happens on the mobile app (Android) only. On Web and Desktop this problem doesn't occur.

I tried deleting cache/data. I tried reinstalling the app. There is no issue with the internet connection (everything else works as expected)

 

Please help, since the app becomes a bit useless for me without that feature.

I've also very recently started having the exact same problem. Radio works on desktop but no longer on app. I have a OnePlus 8 Pro (Oxygen OS 11.0.5.5.IN11BA) and Android 11.

My Question or Issue

When going to song or Playlist radios the app is showing that it is currently unavailable/no songs are in the Playlist. I've tried re-installing the app, doing a clean install, and connecting to different internet, but nothing is working. Is this an on-going issue or is there something else I can do to fix it? 

@miks Spotify version is 8.6.20.1063.

I had the same issue happen today, on both my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE (Android 11) & Samsung Galaxy S5 (Android 6.0.1). No issues on my PC.

Playlist selection appeared briefly today. Otherwise issue continues on both devices, unable to select radio bassed on song/artist/album etc. Clean/reinstall does not fix the issue, error message still appears.

I've been having the exact same problem for the past couple of days. I tried the same various fixes and have no issues on the desktop version.

First, we'd recommend trying a clean reinstall of the app on your device by following the steps here.

 

If after that you’re still having trouble with this, could you provide us with the following info:

  • device + OS version 
  • exact Spotify version

Once we have that, we will pass it on to the relevant team, who will look further into it.

I followed the exact steps for a clean reinstall (again). It didn't help.

 

So here are the requested details:
