My Question or Issue

Both my machines (Mac and Windows) are returning "Something went wrong, try reloading the page" error in the middle part of the app. Mobile app works fine. I can play my playlists or saved albums by double-clicking on them, but cannot view artist/album/playlist information. I have attached a screenshot of the application window on Windows 10.

It didn’t get fixed even after I updated Spotify. My Spotify version is: Spotify for macOS (Apple Silicon) 1.2.52.442.g01893f92

What's wrong with this app guys?

@OscarDC

No, it's not fixed, it's still broken.

Spotify for Windows (64 bit) 1.2.52.442.g01893f92

This is the latest version, right?

@fatihturan do a 'clean reinstall' following the instructions here: https://support.spotify.com/uk/article/reinstall-spotify/

I downgraded Spotify one version, and it stopped showing  the error. Their latest build must be borked.

Edit: It auto updated, and the error is back. Definitely borked.

I also have the same problem and the support has no idea about this general issue, they just request us to create new accounts, like hello!??!
