Hey folks,

Thanks for your patience while we looked into this issue.

We’re happy to say that this should now be fixed for everyone! Just make sure you're not using a VPN and your app is updated to the latest version.

If you're still having trouble, make sure to post a new thread in the relevant help board here.

Thanks!

if u reading this just click 3dots at the top left "Sol Üst" and then select help "Yardım" then select troubleshooting "Sorun Giderme" then select restart app and reset app data "Uygulama verilerini sıfırla ve yeniden başlat" wait for 10-15 second and its done.

Fix: uninstall Spotify (Windows store version) and download installer from Spotify directly.

I've also been having this problem and I tried everything to fix it but nothing works. Is there another way to fix it?

Like I mentioned before, if you still have issues, downgrade your version of Spotify

1. Find it online (not sure if linking is allowed here, I got it from uptodown, version 1.2.49.439.gfae492c7)

2. Install on top of the old version, it will ask you if you want to replace, click yes

Now disable updates so you don't have to do it all over again

3.  Go to "C:\Users\<Your Username>\AppData\Local\Spotify" and create a folder  called Update

4. Open Command Prompt, then edit and paste these two commands to disallow read and write to folder without admin access

icacls  "C:\Users\<Your Username>\AppData\Local\Spotify\Update" /deny "<Your Username>":D

icacls "C:\Users\<Your Username>\AppData\Local\Spotify\Update" /deny "<Your Username>":R

I got it fixed just by logging out of everything and deleting the app, shutting down my computer for a 1 hour or 2 and somehow that worked

Hello everyone!

I've also been having the same issue for a few days or so now. It only happens on the pc app. I have Windows 11 and have the latest version for the app. Like others have said I can see my library on the left, and the queue on the right but the main page says "Something went wrong". Same thing when i try to search for things or try to load settings, notifications etc. I can play music since I can click on the playlists on the left but I can't actually load playlists. I've tried doing all the things mentioned and everything I could think of but still no luck. This really has been ruining my experience lately and makes listening to music feel like a chore since I have to spend more effort to try and play any music. But I can't access anything that isn't in my library so I can't listen to music freely the way I want to. The main topic says this issue has been fixed but it hasn't. I hope the issue can be solved quickly

The problem was solved on my work PC, Windows. However, the problem still exists with my personal Mac PC. I have VPN software, but I checked it, and it's off. However, the home page is still not loading.
