"Switch to video" button missing on Now Playing View on mobile

We've received reports about the "Switch to video" button not showing on Now Playing View on mobile. This affects both Android and iOS.

Hey, i attached 2 pics. One has the desktop version with videos and the other is a screenshot of my phone without them.

I'm using s24 ultra  with version 8.9.86.551

Since you're able to see the music videos of these specific songs on desktop, would you mind logging out > back in twice in a row on mobile in order to resync your accounts and the mobile devices?

To take it a step further, you can also give Spotify a clean reinstall on the phones as this often helps resolve different performance issues which can be caused by corrupted cache. You can check and follow the steps here.

Lastly, if you still don't see the option to switch to video on mobile, keep in mind that this feature is still rolling out and if you're not seeing it at the moment on your phones, rest assured it’s coming your way.

Hi, thanks for reply, but I'm afraid it doesn't work. And this on the desktop, mobile or web app

If you don't see the option to switch to music video on different devices when playing from your Spotify account then it looks like this feature is not available for you just yet. 

Don’t worry, music videos are currently still gradually rolling out to Premium users in select markets and if you're not seeing it at the moment, rest assured it’s coming your way. 

In the meantime, the Community's here if you need assistance with something else.

Thanks for keeping us in the loop!

In this case, we recommend keeping the app up-to-date to ensure you're running the latest version. You can do so by following the steps here. As @Ivelina mentioned earlier, this feature is still being rolled out. So even if it doesn't appear for you right now on your phone, don't worry, switch to video should appear for you in the future.
