saved albums gone (desktop version)

Please check the attached screenshot: since about a week now my saved albums no longer show. Instead I see a message stating "Your favorite albums will appear here. Go to your browse page to find amazing playlist ... blah blah blah".

On the phone (iOS) it works fine and all my saved albums show in a neat (ALPHABETICAL!!!!!!) order.

Is this a known bug? How do I / you resolve this?

Methinks I pay enough money to not have these kind of issues (and while we're on the subject: to have an option to ALPHABETIZE my playlists list like any normal app would have).

Sorry to hear that. Check out the steps under “Downloads unexpectedly removed” here. They should help with this.

Could you also let us know if this happens only with your downloaded albums/tracks or also with your downloaded playlists?

Also, let us know your device's model, the Spotify version and OS version.

When was the last time your albums/tracks got desynced?
