windows phone 10 error

my original post was closed, It was not resolved. with the windows phone 10 app (Lumia 950XL) the app will stop playing a song. It will randomly say "loading" than stop working. This happens with wifi and data. Why would you close the original post without trying to resolve the issue??? It's bad enough the Xbox one app doesn't let see your whole music catalogue, and now the windows phone version is unusable ! I may need to cancel my subscription.

Could you send us the Spotify version you're using? Also, does this happen with songs from the Spotify catalog or your local files?

Windows phone 10  version 5.2.4.0. It happens when I'm streaming or offline play, catalogs and local play. Data and wifi. It doesn't matter. It will say its loading than stopping playing. Somehow if I'm playing a list of songs, it will stop playing and restart my list as if the previous songs were not played.

Just to confirm, have you tried a clean reinstall of the app already? Let us know if you get any error messages when the playback stops. If so, feel free to send us a screenshot to take a closer look.

I've reinstalled app on the 950xl and 640. The issue still happens on both devices. There is no error message. It just stops playing a song and says its loading.

If possible, can you uninstall and restart your device? After this, try installing the app again and giving it a shot. If that doesn't work, we have some more info about the Windows Phone app here.

i did that twice with two different devices. Since there is no update coming to the windows phone version, and the Xbox one version doesn't let me see my list of all my music, than it might be time to unsubscribe.
