wrong picture on my artist profile

I have written numerous emails but its been months and I still havent got a reply. All emails have been polite so I really dont get why they are being ignored. Basically the wrong image has been put on my artist profile and I would like to get it changed to at least the artwork for my latest release.

I filled in the artist verification form time and time again but received no response. This is a particularly pressing issue for me as I am black but have a white man as my profile pic. 

If anyone there at Spotify can look into this issue for me I would really appreciate ut.  I just want to be able to change my profile pic for my artist account and add my bio. 

I've had to resort to posting this message here as a last resort.

That's odd. You can change your artist image in Spotify for Artists, after you're verified. Just to make sure, you've reached out the Spotify for Artists team here: artists.spotify.com/contact? They might be able to take a closer look at your verification. Let me know how you get on! 🙂

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. I reached out to the spotify team there twice today
already but got no response. Ive also used the official spotify artist
verification page numerous times but had no response there as well and its
been almost 6 months. What else can I do? Can you give one of the team a
nudge for me please?
