I have a six month free Premium account with Spotify through sprint. I'm supposed to be able to access music and my playlist without any issues however I cannot access any of this information.I should be able to play the music without any commercial interruptions go forward or backwards and skip songs without having to wait an hour for a new skip unfort I filled out all the appropriate information so that way I can have this account and I fortunately it is not working unfortunately it is not working. can someone tell me why it is not working
