7 inch tablet not supported Mach Speed Trio not supported as a tablet

I have a 7 inch tablet , a Mach Speed Trio,  that  Spotfy has decided is on the wrong edge of  the cutoff size for full tablet support by Spotify as just told to me by Spotify Support.  It classifies as a mobile device and only has shuffle mode for free spotify.  Shuffle mode is not of interest to me, so I will delete Spotify from my device unless and until I can play a song on demand.

Could you maybe give us a link to the tablet you own and tell us what Operating system is running on it?

7 inches should actually be supported, maybe we can figure out what's going on here. 😉

Thanks for that.   I just sent my tablet back under RMA.  (Flash reader had a problem) .  When I get a new one back I will pursue this issue.
