What if I have an obscure album that I think should be available, but isn't? It's "Abolishment of Hate," by Jeff Lewis who was in Mortification, so an established musician. He didn't go to a professional printer -- he literally printed and packaged them and sent via regular mail all from his own home. There's no record company to go through here. How can it be added?

We understand what you mean, but as explained on this help article, availability of music can vary depending on the permissions from rights holders and agreements with artists.
