[All Platforms][Connect] Using Spotify Connect on Onkyo 838 receiver

Hey,

Whenever I use spotify to play music on my receiver it looses sync way to fast/easy when I put my tablet/smartphone aside, even if only for some moments. This needs improvement.

The other thing is, even when I'm away from my home network, (I.e. @work) Spotify still sees my receiver as a device to play music, which is rediculous unless chosen for. I understand people may have different networks though, so this should be configurable. Once I managed to play music on my receiver while on the road, my wife thought the house was haunted.
